This page explains what information theflipledgerllc.com collects, why, and what we do with it. This site is the company website for The Flip Ledger LLC. It is separate from our individual products (such as The Flip Ledger Rentals or Flip Ledger Translator), which may have their own privacy policies.
Information you give us
When you fill in the "Start a Project" form or use the project assistant chat, we collect the information you type in, which may include your name, email address, phone number, the type of business you have, what you're looking to build, your budget range, and any message or conversation you send us.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our project assistant's abuse-prevention system record basic technical information, such as your IP address, to keep the site secure and to limit automated abuse of the chat. We do not use this to identify you personally, and we do not use advertising trackers or sell any data.
The project assistant (AI chat)
If you use the chat bubble on this site, the text you type is sent to Anthropic (the maker of Claude) so that it can generate a reply. Anthropic processes this text to provide the response; we do not control how Anthropic itself retains or uses API data beyond what its own terms describe. Please don't share passwords, payment details, or government ID numbers in the chat.
If you choose to send the conversation to our team, the full chat transcript and a short summary are saved together with your name and email, in the same way as a submission from our contact form.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers described below, who help us run this site.
Where your information is stored
Form and chat submissions are stored in a database operated by Supabase. Email notifications of new inquiries are sent through Resend. Both providers act only on our behalf and do not use your information for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and keep a record of past business inquiries, and delete them on request (see Your choices, below).
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) may set technical cookies needed to deliver the site and prevent abuse.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you by emailing theflipledgerllc@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change.
